The February 29th, 2008 rules have been posted.  The naval rules sections has been rewritten and simplified.  The PDF rules, the on-line rules, and the Windows Help file rules have all been updated.

The June 30th, 2007 rules have been posted.  The rules section has been reworked and synchronized.  This includes the PDF rules, the on-line rules, and the Windows Help file rules.

It turns out that the wrong Scenario file was posted.  The most current file is now available.

The Diplomacy, Index, and Research tables have been updated to match the current rules.

An updated Scenario file is posted; it contains the three historical scenarios (Global War, Europe, and Pacific).

	Two new Play Aid documents have also been added to the Rules | Play Aids page.  A BRP sheet and a YSS sheet, both divided by Country.
